Better Late Than...Wait, It's Not Better

Ya know, where I work, when we make a major shuffle we plan ahead a few months. It involves a thousand employees, a lot of money, public company and adults are in control.

If you were responsible for a few tens of millions of people, wouldn't you want to put in some extra effort?

Yes, you would. IF you were competent. Otherwise you'd still be scrambling 30 days before the deadline.

And Allawi is a crappy choice.
