Why Isn't the GOP Concerned About This?.

In Bush v. Gore, five US Supreme Court justices argued that Florida had inadequate processes and inadequate time to recount the 2000 election.

They didn't argue recounting was wrong, only that Florida couldn't do it statewide, with consistent standards and before the legal deadline.

Now, a GW Bush-appointed judge and a Jeb Bush-appointed Secretary of State are working to assure those conditions remain, and taking the extra step of eliminating the paper trail.

I don't see any honorable motivation for this. If it's not malfeasance, it's incompetence.
