George W. Bush: Doing a Job on America - In West Virginia today, George Bush tried to cover up his record by using his latest campaign slogan: “getting the job done.” But the record shows that the only thing he’s done is exacerbated the challenges facing working families.

Kerry spokesman Phil Singer: “George Bush likes to talk about getting the job done, but he's actually done a job on American families. The fact is that during George Bush's time in office, there are over a million lost jobs, 3.7 million more uninsured, record deficits and a growing tax burden on middle class families. Unfortunately, his only solution seems to be imposing a massive new tax on the middle class. John Kerry knows we can do better, and will make America stronger at home and respected in the world...”
